The problem

Service history shouldn't live in a shoebox

Receipts fade, notebooks get lost and phone notes disappear when the bike is sold. Buyers are left guessing when the top end was last done.

Owners

Forget when it was serviced

Was the oil changed at 30 hours or 40? Without a record, you're guessing, and guessing wears out engines.

Sellers

Can't prove the care

You looked after it properly, but without the paperwork a buyer only has your word for it.

Buyers

Buy blind

Crashes, missed services and hard hours all hide under fresh plastics.

How it works

From first ride to next owner

Add your machine

Make, model, year, VIN, current hours and photos. It takes about a minute.

Log every ride

Enter start and end hours, where you rode, the conditions and anything that felt off.

Know what's due

Add your own service items and hour intervals, straight from the manual. We count down every one.

Record the work

Add parts, cost, receipts and who did it: you or your mechanic.

Sell with the history

Transfer the machine to the new owner's garage. Every record goes with it.

Features

Built for hours, not kilometres

Off-road machines are serviced by the hour. Thirty3Garage is built around the hour meter, just like your bike.

Usage

Log a session in seconds, standing next to the trailer.

Who did it

Service records

Every job records who did the work, so the next owner knows what they're buying.

  • Parts, part numbers and cost
  • Photos, receipts and invoices
  • Workshop name and mechanic
  • Hours at the time of the job

Transfer vehicle

The machine owns the history. Not the owner.

When you sell, hand over the keys and the logbook. The new owner accepts the transfer and every ride, crash and service since new moves into their garage.

  • Sellers get a verified record that backs up the asking price
  • Buyers see what they're buying before they pay
  • Your personal details stay private and only the machine's history moves

Verified logbook

Every machine in your garage gets a QR history sticker for the swingarm or hull. Anyone at the track or at a sale can scan it to see the logbook.

Who it's for

One logbook, four people

From teenagers on their first 65 to mechanics running a busy workshop.

Know what's due. Ride more.

Keep every machine in the family in one garage: the kids' bikes, the ski and the quad on the farm.

  • Multiple vehicles, one account
  • Hours tracked from every ride
  • Alerts before a service is overdue
  • Crash and damage records with photos

See the past. Log the job.

Check a machine's previous work before you strip it down, then add your job to its history.

  • Full service and damage history
  • Hours at every previous job
  • Your workshop credited on the record
  • Fewer "when was this last done?" calls

Prove it was looked after.

A complete logbook is the easiest way to back up your asking price.

  • Share the history with a link or QR
  • Receipts and mechanic records included
  • Transfer to the buyer in a few taps
  • Your personal details stay private

Buy with your eyes open.

See the hours, crashes and services before you hand over cash.

  • Every owner since new
  • Crashes and repairs on record
  • Who did each service
  • The history moves to you on purchase

Why 33

33 was Dad's race number. Now it's on my bike.

Some machines, and some numbers, get passed down. The stories behind them should get passed down too.

Thirty3Garage started in a family garage. Every machine carries its history: who rode it, where it's been and who kept it running. We built the logbook we wished those bikes had come with.

FAQ

Straight answers

Nothing. Thirty3Garage is free: create an account, add your machines and start logging.

Dirt bikes, enduro and trail bikes, jet skis, quads and ATVs, side-by-sides and snowmobiles. If it has an hour meter, it belongs in the garage.

Choose Transfer vehicle and enter the buyer's Thirty3Garage account. Once they accept, the machine and its full history move to their garage. Your profile and contact details don't go with it.

Yes. You can record that a mechanic did the work and name the workshop. Mechanic accounts that add jobs directly are on the roadmap.

No. Location is optional. Ride locations are types like Track, Trails or Sand, not GPS coordinates.
